A ministry for the Hispanic church
Equipping Hispanic church leaders to connect the Gospel to all of life.
A Gospel-centred ministry that strengthens — rather than replaces — the local church in its God-given task of forming disciples, through faithful and culturally relevant formation.
The pastoral heart
Fe&Vida was born from a pastoral concern.
Across Hispanic Christian communities we have witnessed dedicated leaders serving with tremendous passion — fire in their hearts — yet lacking the structured theological foundation, the light in their minds, needed to navigate today's ministry.
Many serve bi-vocationally, at great personal cost, and often in isolation. Language barriers keep leaders in the diaspora from the fellowship and mentoring they need, and across Latin America accessible, intermediate-level formation remains scarce.
Fe&Vida exists to build bridges: connecting isolated leaders with learning communities, and linking careful theological reflection with real ministry in the local church.
Theological education is returning to its original home — the local church.
Who we serve
The leaders others overlook.
Hispanic church leaders in the diaspora and across Latin America who need formation that is more substantive than a basic Bible study, and more accessible than a traditional seminary.
We fill the middle space that remains largely unaddressed across the Spanish-speaking world — designed for the real constraints of bi-vocational leaders, without lowering the theological bar.
Our approach
Three convictions shape everything we do.
Anchored in the local church
Rather than drawing leaders out of their context, formation is embedded in the life of the congregation — where it is tested and bears fruit.
Gospel-centred
Every module flows from one centre: the proclamation that Jesus Christ is Lord — who came as King, died for our sins, rose to reign, and will return to judge and renew all things for the glory of God.
Rigorous and accessible
Serious theological formation, thoughtfully designed for leaders with diverse educational backgrounds and real time constraints.
The formation model
Built on three pillars, expressed through four components.
Biblical integrity
Scripture as the authoritative foundation on which all formation is built.
Faithfulness in ministry
Conviction that becomes concrete service in the church and the community.
Cultural relevance
Formation that speaks to the real challenges of the Hispanic context.
Modules
Solid, video-based theological formation, biblically grounded.
Interactive groups
Collaborative spaces to discuss and apply what is learned.
Mentoring
Personal accompaniment by a mature believer from the student's own church.
The Fe&Vida Project
A ministry initiative the student designs and implements in their own congregation.

Where we're headed
The mission belongs to the church. We come alongside it.
By 2030, God willing, Fe&Vida will have begun walking alongside twelve Hispanic churches and their leaders around the world — cultivating a culture of formation so that these churches, strengthened in their capacity to equip, fulfil with greater faithfulness the mission God has entrusted to them, for his glory.
